Ready to return a saddle to us? When you purchase a label through us, your return is insured, and our discounted rates save you time and money.

After your purchase, your label will be generated by EQ Saddle Science and sent to you within one business day. Simply package the saddle in the box it came in, choose the dimensions from the pull-down menu below, and then watch your email box for your return label.
Once you receive the label, you can print it, tape it to the box, and then drop it off at any UPS store or pick-up location.
If you have not had time to clean all leather items and wash the saddle pad, please choose the return shipping label plus the cleaning fee from the drop-down menu.
If you need a label for a different-sized box, or have other shipping needs, contact us, and we’ll help!
